PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Arrival dates
From July up to August, arrivals are on Saturdays only , from 5pm until 7h30pm. Departures are the following Saturday before 9 am.
During off season , arrival time depends on booking and availability.
In case of late arrival- to serve you best-, we highly recommend that you contact our Reception Desk as soon as possible at 02-40-11-44-44 in order to give you your room key and your entry code.
Equipment
Each house is equipped with cooking utensils. Don’t forget to bring your cleaning products !
Baby crib : you can bring your own or we can provide one for you depending on our availability.
Colour TV : week rental
Easy and Convenient Pick up meals
From July to August , we provide convenient carry out service (place your order at the front desk a day ahead before 10 am).
Sheets and bath towels
You can bring your own sheets and towels for your stay or you rent them at the time of your reservation. In that case, it will include for seven days : 2 sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 large bath towel, 1 small bath towel, 1 dish cloth, 1 bath mat for the family (option /week.)
Housekeeping
You can choose to keep your house clean during your stay and guarantee to leave it clean at the time of check out or you can choose the option including housekeeping services at the time of your reservation.
Security Deposit and check out inspection
A security deposit is required at the time of arrival. It is returned to you by the end of your stay after a check out inspection is done upon appointment and if the premises are left cleaned and all equipment is at its place and in good working conditions by the time of departure.
If no check out inspection can be done at the time of your check out, your safety deposit is kept and if needed, a deduction is made depending on how much it costs to clean the premises, fix or replace equipment in the premises.

Children
Kids’ clubs are available starting at 3 years of age (children need to be potty trained). Mostly outdoor activities supervised by our trained staff associates.

We celebrate the week’s birthdays with a complimentary birthday cake offered to the children (under 12 years old only).

Adults activities
Many sporting, cultural and fun activities offered by our Team during the day or at night : archery, target shooting, sightseeing by bike, car or by foot, tournaments, ‘after dinner games’, « pétanque », fitness classes, aqua gym, volley ball, soccer, badminton, golf initiation, visit of the salt marsh with a professional salt worker. Visits of the shipyard of Saint-Nazaire or of the Croisic Ocearium, dancing events, karaoke nights, etc.
Teen Clubs
Many of the activities offered to the adults are available to teenagers. Specific activities will also be offered to the Teen Club.
